With all of life temptations and fast food chains, its really not that hard to say “Honey, I really don’t feel like cooking tonight, lets go out and get something.” and there you go. Grease meats and salted fries are the main course. Most people today just don’t eat right period. A cup of coffee for breakfast, a bag of dorito’s for lunch, and then fast food for dinner are not going to help you lose belly fat. If you did not put the work in to lose it, how will you know how to carry yourself when its gone. You must be humble and you must remember where you came from.
